To activate the smart curtain motor, simply pull the curtain down gently. It will be activated to work, and even in the event of a power outage, you can still manually control the curtains. The motor is designed to stop if there is a heavy obstruction while operating, ensuring the motor's protection and extending its lifespan.
One of the convenient features of the smart curtain motor is its ability to automatically remember the width of the window, eliminating the need for manual setting. This saves installation and debugging time. Additionally, the motor supports standard limit points such as half open, full open, quarter open, and more, giving you flexibility in setting your preferred curtain positions.
The smart curtain motor is crafted with complete aluminum alloy material, undergoing 5 processes of anodized oxidation, polishing, and sandblasting. This results in a sleek and durable finish. With a thickness of only 2.2 mm, the motor can withstand a bearing strength of up to 50 KG on the aluminum alloy track.

Returns:
We cannot accept cancellations or offer a full refund on any orders after 7 days of the order being placed or for an item(s) that has already been posted/delivered.
We do not accept return requests on customized (made-to-order) products so we recommend that please ensure all details are correct before placing your order, and that you are happy with all design decisions and materials.
