Orders in the Decor category will be processed and delivered within 10 business days. Please note that delivery times may vary based on your location and any unforeseen circumstances. For all other categories of furniture, orders will be processed and delivered within 20 to 30 working days. This extended time frame allows for the manufacturing and customization process for certain furniture items.

Shipping: All orders are processed as per shipping delivery times (10 days for Decor and 20-30 days for other categories) Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone. Returns: We cannot accept cancellations or offer a full refund on any orders after 7 days of the order being placed or for an item(s) that has already been posted/delivered. We do not accept return requests on customized (made-to-order) products so we recommend that please ensure all details are correct before placing your order, and that you are happy with all design decisions and materials.
