Shipping Delivery Times
  • Decor Category: Orders in the Decor category will be processed and delivered within 10 business days. Please note that delivery times may vary based on your location and any unforeseen circumstances.
  • Other Categories: For all other categories of furniture, orders will be processed and delivered within 20 to 30 working days. This extended time frame allows for the manufacturing and customization process for certain furniture items.
Shipment Processing Times
  • All orders are processed as per above mentioned shipping delivery times.
  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
  • If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
  • Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
  • The specified delivery times are estimates and subject to change based on factors beyond our control.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
  • You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number.
  • The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Z Galleria is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

Z Galleria is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping Policy

We currently do not ship outside Pakistan.

Returns Policy

  • We cannot accept cancellations or offer a full refund on any orders after 7 days of the order being placed or for an item(s) that has already been posted/delivered.
  • We do not accept return requests on customized (made-to-order) products so we recommend that please ensure all details are correct before placing your order, and that you are happy with all design decisions and materials.

Changes to Terms & Conditions

We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website.
