If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone. Returns: We cannot accept cancellations or offer a full refund on any orders after 7 days of the order being placed or for an item(s) that has already been posted/delivered. We do not accept return requests on customized (made-to-order) products so we recommend that please ensure all details are correct before placing your order, and that you are happy with all design decisions and materials.
