For all other categories of furniture, orders will be processed and delivered within 20 to 30 working days. Shipping: All orders are processed as per shipping delivery times (10 days for Decor and 20-30 days for other categories) Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone. Returns: We cannot accept cancellations or offer a full refund on any orders after 7 days of the order being placed or for an item(s) that has already been posted/delivered. We do not accept return requests on customized (made-to-order) products so we recommend that please ensure all details are correct before placing your order, and that you are happy with all design decisions and materials.
